  The purchase of my new home was handled by Mason Pruner and his team. From our first conversation through closing, Mason and the members of his team were exceptional, especially Valerie. They were always available to answer questions and provide valuable, professional guidance. My wife and I were amazed at how easy Mason made the process and how quickly it went. It took only 25 days from entering into a contract agreement and receiving the keys at closing. I enthusiastically recommend Mason and will definitely use him again the next time I am in the market to purchase a home.

  I was looking for a home for probably a year or close to two and The Mortgage Firm was with me the whole time! When I had questions, and it being my first home I had a lot, they were very easy to get a hold of and would answer them to where I would understand. After I found a home and was going through the process they were once again with me through the whole process even calling me once a week to give a weekly update on what was going on. I am very pleased with how smooth everything was!!!

  I had such a great experience dealing with Gregory Sepanski and the whole mortgage firm, buying a first home can be really stressful but he was there with me every step of the way. He guided me thru the process even before I was ready to buy, he told me what I needed to do to prepare, he's very knowledgeable and will never steer you wrong just for a profit.   Had an amazing experience with Greg again! This is the second house he has helped me with in the last 2 years. As anyone knows that has purchased a house nowadays, it is not an easy, fun experience. There were times i didn't think things were going to go as planned and I would get pretty flustered feeling somewhat defeated. Greg and his team assured me things would work out throughout the entire process and just as he said, they did work out! He and his team did an amazing job with making this whole process work. I could not imagine using someone else for this!
