  Excellent Experience !! Super professional, and Very Efficient! I was referred to Mr. Steve Shalaby and I'm blessed with this referral! I had to sell my property in FL to cash out funds immediately. Steve managed to get an offer within two weeks and negotiate the price to the maximum. His negotiation skills are super professional!. I highly recommended working with him. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable in housing loans and the real estate market. I will definitely use his service again!

  From the moment we met Steve we knew that we were in good hands. From start to finish he was knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the process. We used him as a real estate broker and mortgage broker. This made the whole experience a lot easier and my husband and I knew we had made the best choice. Would recommend him to everyone!!

  Steve was great to work with when purchasing my first home. Being a realtor and mortgage broker in one made the experience as easy as possible for me! He answered my countess questions and was very upfront and realistic with everything he said and did, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  Christmas came early this year with the help of Steve ! My husband and I were able to purchase a home we had our eyes and hearts set on . Steve made sure we were prepared both mentally and financially for all that was to come during the whole home buying process . When things seemed to be a little tight he always came up with a solution . Steve is highly knowledgeable and experienced in what he does no doubt about that . What stood out the most was the time he invested in us . Whenever we were in doubt about anything we could call or text and he would always pick up and respond . We were always in the loop of things . Overall Steve is very tenacious and being both a realtor and a loan officer makes him perfect to help you purchase your dream home . Thank you again Steve .

  Purchasing a home is a stressful process, but I will say that Steve and his team made the process almost stress free. His knowledge and professionalism put me at ease right away and better yet his follow through was exceptional. I was well in formed along the way and never felt as if I was neglected or not important enough. Prior to being lucky enough to be refereed to Steve I had difficulty in obtaining a mortgage and felt that if I did not call or follow up that things were not being done. Working with Steve was just a great experience that I have already referred him to someone looking to purchase a home.

  My husband and I just bought a condo with Steve's help. We can't say enough about his service and expertise! We're from Canada and that should've added a level of complexity to the deal but it never really felt that way. Steve was quick to help with any of our questions and made the process so easy for us - even doing the walk through for us and picking up the keys! We've purchased many properties over the years and this was certainly one of our best experiences. We would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a home in south Florida

  Steve is an excellent choice for a realtor. He's very personable and honest - and he makes deals happen. Steve and his staff put in endless hours on our purchase and made sure we got to the finish line.   I initially selected Steve Shalaby to sell my home because of his impressive profile and reviews. Not only is he an accomplished and well awarded Realtor, but he's also a mortgage officer of over 20 years. So for me it was a no-brainer. When I met him I immediately saw why people loved to deal with him. He's friendly, smiley and sharp. He made the paperwork part a breeze by providing e-signature forms for everything. Then, when it was time to get the buyer pre-qualified, I found that Steve was equally skilled at the mortgage process as well. The buyer was approved within 24 hours and then Steve began processing the loan with his amazing loan processor. In about 3 weeks, we were ready to close. Steve kept me up to date every step of the way. I even texted him at 7 and 8pm and he always answered. Honestly, I really can't imagine why someone wouldn't use this guy. Thanks for everything you did for me and my family, Steve. You are our Realtor and Loan Officer for life!!
