  I’ve know and worked with Lonnie for over a decade and he’s the first person I call whenever I’m considering a home refinance. Primary reason is his advice which goes beyond the Day’s current rates. Lonnie is understands market values, rate trends and which lenders are offering the best programs for my transaction EVEN IF he doesn’t have access to that particular money. He’s very good at setting appropriate expectations about the process and is great at checking in at various milestones during the transaction. Can’t say enough about his professionalism and how he communicates through the process.
