  We have worked with Dana Reed on financing and refinancing with three houses over the last 10? years. He is great at communicating every step of the way. We have found him to be very trustworthy and goes above and beyond. In contrast we have had experiences with the total opposite in other loan officers. We highly recommend Dana!

  Evangeline Scott & her team were unbelievable throughout the whole process from our (my Husband's and I) first qualifying meeting to the day we closed (and after!) they were there to answer our questions, facilitate the complicated process, and communicate with us! The weekly updates weren't the only updates we received... which helped soothe our First Time Home-buyer's anxious minds. Not only did they provide clear communication throughout the whole process so we knew exactly which step was next, they were able to speed the process along! We closed in less than 30 days... with an FHA loan! Evangeline and her team were so amazing and helpful, we'll definitely be going to them for next time... not that I want to think about moving again any time soon. I will be recommending them to my friends and family in need of a mortgage, such a pleasure to work with them!

  I highly recommend Paula Harvey and Christina Barr to refinance your home!! They were more than professional, working around my work schedule and made me feel like my loan was most important.   Working with John Volk has been very easy and smooth for me. I can trust that he will never steer me into something i do not want. There is never any pressure and he explains everything to me clearly so there is never any confusion on my part.   Brad and Grant were amazing. They were Professional, accurate, on top of all paperwork needed and their communication was spot on. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. No surprises and no question asked seemed trivial to either one of them. I cannot recommend them enough.

  They aren't any better or worse than any other company in this industry. They will not disclose things in a timely manner and the numbers are always "flexible" without much explanation as to why. They are respectful and they do handle their business in a very professional manner it's just never easy to do home loans I suppose. While I cannot say I would recommend them I can't say I would not do business with hem in future.
