Poor had the put one star to begin review needs negative 20 stars. If your payment is overpaid by any amount even one penny your payment will not be credited. This is no lie I have even received foreclosure paper work for three months of non payment. Even though the three months was overpaid well before it is due. This also will show up on credit report as non payment. I will be refi with Nicolas financial as any over payment would go towards principal. Ps with the money source or scam they love to do escrow adjustment ensuring any payment would again not be credited cause it's not the exact amount due.
