  Working with Michael Dean of The Mortgage Firm was such a pleasure. This was one of the greatest lending experiences I have EVER had. Michael made the process so smooth and was always available anytime we had a question! I would highly recommend Michael and The Mortgage Firm to anyone!

  By far, one of the best experiences we have had with a mortgage firm. Timely, efficient and friendly. I will constantly refer this company to friends and clients.   Ben Brewer and The Mortgage Firm staff was a tremendous help with my getting my home loan closed quickly. Ben was able to get my closing date moved up two weeks early which was an A plus in my book. Any documents Ben and his staff needed, I provided the documentation to them as soon as possible which I feel helped contributed to my home loan being closed so fast. The process was pretty much painless since any requested documents Ben’s group asked for, I provided them back with a quick turn-around. Ben and the staff treated me like family. Everyone at the firm was open arms and eager to help. Ben has a great wealth on knowledge regarding the mortgage loan process. Any question I could think of, no matter what time it was, Ben would respond with a detailed answer. I admire Ben for his excellent customer service, humbleness and passion to help others, the show of leadership to his staff members, thoroughness of mortgage loan processes, his inspiration of being a part of The Mortgage Firm. He is true asset for this company. I also cannot forget to say many thanks to Steve Allen. If it were not for Steve, I would not have ran across Ben. I highly recommend Ben Brewer with The Mortgage Firm. He takes care of his clients.

  Everyone at The Mortgage Firm has experience and was there to help from preapproval through to closing. Jeannine and her office were very responsive to my questions and friendly. Sharing correspondence is easy and quick through their email, fax and phone. Professional and friendly is a hard balance. This loan firm is great.

  My purchase of a second home was 1000 miles away and everything had to be done via e-mail, phone calls and overnight mail. Jim walked me through the process and worked hard to meet the needs of my special situation. Jim & his staff were thorough and diligent. Highly recommended!

  Lynne is very knowledgable and patient. I truly believe that if its possible, she will be able to get you approved. I had some past credit issues to work through. With her advice, my husband and I were able to raise our credit over 100 points, each, in a year. She will walk you step by step through the mortgage process. One of her strongest skills is communication. I never remember having to wait on a call back from her. Within very reasonable amounts of time, she would respond and was always ready with a game plan and a next step! Highly recommended.
