  I cannot share enough raving reviews about my experience with Jason and Joe!!! They are an amazing team who made buying and selling a home as seamless as possible. From the moment we connected they were professional, responsive, and informative. In our initial meeting they provided an extensive report detailing their services, the buy/sell process, current market conditions, and what to expect from selling our home. Jason and Joe made themselves available for every question and concern my fiancé and I had – and we had a lot! They guided us through the preparation of selling our home and went the extra mile to aggressively market our listing. They negotiated and worked with all interested buyers to get us the best deal. When it came to finding our forever home they listened to our likes, dislikes, and our wish list. They were both genuinely committed to finding us the home we would love. They hustled, in this highly competitive market, to deliver on the listing we are fortunate to call home. I felt their assessment of our home was honest, and they were realistic about what changes we could make prior to listing and how they could impact the list price. We actually moved across country the week we listed, and these guys worked so hard so we wouldn't have to worry about a thing- and we didn't! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, and they even hooked us up with a great referral on the east coast to shop for our new home.

  I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else! We want to thank our awesome realtor Ashley Rodriguez aka A-rod and her partner Joe! I would definitely recommend Ashley and Joe to all my family and friends! We decided to sale our home in Lakeland Hills- it was our first home that we bought 18 years age. Ashley knew her business. She came to initial meeting us and was very helpful and informational and explained the whole process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate! She even had a graph that showed how the houses nearby how much time they were on the market it was very informative and it put me at ease. Let me just say Ashley is Super responsive!!!! I had so many questions and I kept asking since I was new to the whole process, she was so friendly and professional. She even setup a date for the stagers to come help our house have facelift… they had setup house beautifully I was shocked it was my house and they did it so fast in 45 minutes!   Joe and Jason are fantastic! My husband and I are first time home buyers, and really didn’t know where to start. This team educated us along the way and made us feel incredibly confident in our decisions. We moved to Washington a year and a half ago and have lived in West Seattle. We needed to move further north for a new job and this team drove all over to help us understand different areas. Everett, to Snohomish, to Marysville, to Edmonds and we eventually landed in Lynnwood. Joe and Jason made us feel like their only clients and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase in western Washington... you will not regret it!

  This is a great real estate team! I appreciated that they had not only spent the time researching the most recent data for our area, but also in answering all my family’s questions. We were dealing with an estate sale and saying goodbye to our childhood home. Both Jason and Joe were professional and understanding of the emotionally charged environment. Heap on top of that we had just entered the beginning of the pandemic with the new restrictive guidelines and you’ll see why I give them so much praise. They made sure to correctly market our home, add enhanced health safety precautions to allow people to see the home and still maintain the space for our family.   Jason and Joe are not you're average real estate agents. After being referred to them by a friend we were extremely pleased to find that they were every bit as friendly, hard working and talented as we had been told. They went above and beyond to help us find a house we loved and did not stop until we got that house. Our offer was outbid but through Joe and Jason's efforts the seller accepted our offer instead and we are now the proud owners of our first home! These guys are excellent at what they do!
