  I recently has had a great experience with Cornerstone Lending. Got mortgage for our new property in time (actually - few days early, which allowed early closing). Ilya (the agent I worked with) was able to solve a couple of non-standard questions, related to compensation structure from my employer. Short story - highly recommend!

  If you need help with purchasing or refinancing your house, condo or vacation home, Ilya Kosenkov and his Team are the way to go. I recently used Iliya’s services and was very impressed with the dedication and time he invested in helping me to get qualified for the loan amount I needed. What I liked the most is that Ilya took time in learning my situation and needs, and was very patient with answering all of the questions I had.
