Savannah Hedberg1I am a person who doesn’t go into a doctors office unless I absolutely have to, I also have multiple family members in healthcare as well as myself and I went in with a kidney infection not being able to sleep, more pain than ever and they had me wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen only to be cut off after every question from the doctor and the receptionist attitude was far from ok. I was basically told the one test they took was inconclusive and they couldn’t say if I did or didn’t have anything and told to go to the hospital if I end up with a fever and am throwing up. NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MEDICAL SCHOOL.
Response from the ownerSavannah, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. If you'd like, please reach out to our Office of Patient Experience at 801-442-3005 or by emailing [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.

Jenna Lowry1NEGLIGENCE, CAR SALESMEN ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY- Going to these people for help was a huge mistake. I had been struggling with pain in my chest and rib cage on and off for weeks, the pain was so bad I wasn't getting SLEEP, I couldn't EAT, and I couldn't do my JOB. I went into the clinic twice. Both times I waited for an hour or two. Both times I was with a doctor for a total of 5-7 minutes. Both times I was prescribed useless meds. The first doctor I had seen poked around, asked a few vague questions, and told me I likely had ulcers so he prescribed me something to keep the stomach acid down. So Prilosec basically. And the second doctor did the exact same thing except concluded I had pulled a muscle, so he prescribed me something to relax my muscles. I played sports year round for 18 years. I know what a pulled muscle feels like. And the fact he even prescribed me anything after coming to the conclusion of a pulled muscle was just offensive. I didn't go to the clinic for drugs. I wanted answers. I wanted help. I left the clinic in tears from how frustrated I was. I didn't even go pick up that prescription. The pain persisted and I continued to lose sleep to the point where I'd wake up at night unable to breathe from the pain. I spiked a high fever that weekend and couldn't work. I finally went to the ER that Sunday, scared and desperate for some help.... A couple thousand dollars and some X rays later I find out I have Pleurisy (water in the lining your lungs are in) caused by a deep infection in my right lung. This would explain the intense pain that had by then spread all over the right upper side of my body including my shoulder, and also the fever. They pushed antibiotics into my IV line and prescribed me more to take by mouth. So here I am writing my review after getting all my medical bills in the mail. To a 22 year old trying to make a life for myself, it's a devastating amount of money being held over my head. Heaven forbid I ever get sick again because I'd rather suffer than be stolen from again by these crooks. I can't afford it. Especially not now. Like I said, I trust car salesman more than these people. (This is the first review I am writing)

Camilla Morgan1Condescending and unprofessional, refused to do a flu test so they could get out exactly at closing time.

MARCO ORTIZ5First thing first. It’s ridiculous how people blast this insta care with waiting time issues. You have to wait anywhere you go, from fast food to the Club no matter what you do or where you go it’s always a waiting game. I have been to this insta care a good 5 times, whether kids being sick or my self or wife. Waiting time has been from 30min to 1 hr 30min. Even when the monitor says 3hrs it’s always less than that. Clerk at the front desk always on top of things. She may not be smiling quite that much but I believe she is doing her job as best as anyone else. Nurse that takes your vitals once you walk in is always fast and knowledge with what she is doing. Once you are waiting in the check up room time flies watching YouTube. If you just plain impatient you will be in there for 2hrs, lol I’ve seen the same Doctor for all my visits (lucky me) and he has been pretty good. When you walk out all the staff say goodbye. That sounds to me like an awesome environment.
Response from the ownerMarco, we really appreciate your review and support of our InstaCare. We hope that you have a great day!

LA MB1Always been a waste of time coming to this HV InstaCare. The nurses are great but the doctors never have a clue what is wrong or they don't want to deal with things and always send us to the ER way off in St. George... except the last one this month just bolted out of the room and never came back and left me there in the wheel chair until a nursee found me an hour later. Walmart called and said they had a $96 bottle of anti nausea medicine for me... we cancelled that and picked up some Pepto Bismol for $2. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing pain and nausea and dizziness. I think I'm done with InstaCare. It's a joke.

Allison Skalamera Gan5I severely injured my big toe (potentially broken, very swollen and navy blue from bruising) and was very anxious to come into InstaCare. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes before I was taken to see the doctor. Dr. Davies was very soothing, informative, quick and above all, very comforting. I will definitely be going out of my way to come back to this facility. Thank you so much for everything 💕
Response from the ownerHi Allison. Thanks for your five-star review! We're so glad we could help in your time of need. Please know we're here for any future situations you may have.

Dexton Jenkins1My review was deleted! That is not ok. Summary: don’t even bother checking in on the app/online because it was a joke. It said 40min wait, I checked in, got there, and was told it would be closer to 3hours. Hardly anyone in the waiting area. There were 2 patients ahead of me. I guess they each required 1.5 hours with the dr. I drove from st. George. I ended up driving back to st George to the revere clinic/st. George urgent care on 700 s. where I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving. IHC is the absolute worst in St. George. A little competition might improve their patient care, but they monopolize here, so that won’t be happening in the near future.

Rebecca D5My husband got hit by the flu this weekend. On Saturday there was a 2 hour wait so the nurse checked him and sent us home for a few hours. It made things so much easier on him because he was able to get a little more sleep. I'm super happy with how he was handled.

LaurieL Clayton5Great service and doctors. Waiting at a walk in facility is just part of life. Sometimes it’s fast sometimes it’s not. But when it’s your turn to be seen you get the doctors full attention. I’m happy to live in a place that has such great medical care .
Response from the ownerWe are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We hope you have a great day!

Kate Godfrey1I went in on my Birthday May 12th for a broken ankle (obviously already in a bad mood). I was charged $115 before I was even able to see anyone. They took my X-rays but never showed them to me upon my visit. I was also told to see just an orthopedic doctor in 2 weeks (basically just passing the buck due to being under qualified). They uselessly asked me my preferred pharmacy, yet prescribed me nothing for the pain. I feel the entirety of this visit was a huge waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go to a real hospital to see a real doctor. I have now heard countless stories about people being misdiagnosed from this place. Avoid coming here for any major injuries!!! On a positive note the Receptionist was professional and kind. Also the person taking my X-rays was good at her job. However, I have since called to hopefully have my X-rays emailed to me (especially since I'm paying for them!) I was told they could only email me the raidiology report...If I want the X-ray images I have to show up there (mind you It's hard for me to get around currently) and wait for someone to burn me a CD of the X-ray images.... I'm sorry, are we stuck in the year 1999??? When was it ever easier to burn a CD than send an email????? I just want what I paid for. I am offended and in tremendous pain. Never. Go. Here.
