  My husband and I recently bought our first home in Portland, and the entire experience was not only painless, but a huge sigh of relief having Austin and the entire Irwin team to work with us. From start to finish, we felt and knew that they were in our corner and had our family’s best interest at heart. We started off working with a different mortgage company, where we continuously hit roadblocks and would be told, “we will get back to you by the end of the week”, only to be sent running in circles time and time again. My husband reached out to Austin, who met with us immediately, got us a letter of approval within hours, and did everything he could to keep us in the loop at all times. He went above and beyond working with us, our realtor and all other parties involved. Everyone on the Irwin team, including the underwriter Tiffany, and Mark Irwin who was there for us while Austin was on vacation (they didn’t skip a beat!) From beginning to end, the process was fast and smooth! When all was said and done, Austin not only showed up to sit through the long process of signing all of the papers with the title company, just in case we had any questions he could answer, he brought us an amazing gift basket filled with all sorts of goodies. We would recommend Austin and the entire Irwin team to anyone looking to buy a home, and without a doubt would work with them again in a heart beat.
