  Brian Barkowski and his team were awesome. Absolute rock stars. Going through the mortgage process with them was super easy. Everyone involved answered every question, responded to texts and emails, picked up or returned phone calls no matter what time of the day. If they by chance couldn’t help with a specific task, they would find someone that could, right away. I’ve never met Brian or his team in person, or worked a deal with them, but that didn’t matter. They treated me like they’ve worked 100 deals with me. Start to finish was organized and efficient. Most importantly, closing was on time. Highly recommend.

  Brian and IBM as a whole made our first-time home buying process as seamless as possible! He was available to answer all our questions quickly, whether they were big or small. He recommended our realtor that we also absolutely loved. Would recommend them to anyone buying a home!

  I can not express the value that Brian brought to our home buying experience. Me and my wife were first time home buyers and he answered every question(and there were a lot) quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. Brian genuinely loves what he is doing and it is very clear that he has his clients best interests in mind as he navigates the entire process.   I cannot recommend Kevin and IronBank Mortgage enough. I am so happy with the results of partnering with Kevin. He made sure I was in lock-step at every point on my first condo closing journey.   I could not say enough how great my experience with Brian was! My fiancé and I started looking for a home and Brian was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely helpful and was always one step ahead on every aspect of the home buying process. He was very responsive and that helped us out a lot. People say that the homebuying experience is beyond stressful but that was not the case for us. Brian made it all incredibly easy and smooth and I was glad to have him on our side throughout the entire process. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a house to reach out to him. He was a great help and I am can't say enough good things about him!

  Working with Brian was a wonderful experience. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions. He walked us through the decision and was there for us the whole time. My husband and I work full time and Brian was great about being available after hours to answer questions, email and go over details. I would recommend Brian and Iron Back to anyone.

  Brian Barkowski is the ultimate professional. This guy is the real deal. He is super efficient, responds quickly, and communicated each step of the process. There was not a question or concern that goes unanswered. He made great suggestions and got me a better rate and overall package than ANY other lender. Brian and IronBank know how to close a deal. They are honest, there was no BS, hidden fees/charges or last minute changes. His cash to close estimate was almost right on the money. Brian is exactly what a client wants in a broker/lender. Honest, timely responses, great programs/rates and goes way above and beyond to help close any deal. ***10 Stars*** Absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking for a loan!!!!

  As a first time home buyer, Brian Barkowski made the process of applying for a home loan very easy. I was unfamiliar with the entire mortgage loan process and Brian took the time to educate me on the different types of options that I would have. Brian asked questions to ultimately provide the best loan option to fit what I was looking for.
