  I really enjoyed meeting with one of their lead agents. They provided information on loan options and the requirements for obtaining a loan. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you qualify, that’s for sure. Especially given my circumstances, they were able to give me advice on better options for buying.

  We live in Mt. Washington and for the past couple of weeks we’ve noticed Open House signs (which do not even list a house) by Denis Quinonez all over the neighborhood. I counted 10 at least on stop signs, public light posts, etc. A lot of them are deteriorating and falling over. According to LAMC 28.04, no signs are to be posted on public property, and the poster is subject to a fine for any violation. I reached out to Denis via Facebook and kindly asked him to remove the signs. He got defensive, attempted sarcasm and then blocked me. I had pointed out to him that as a real estate agent, he should be well aware of all of the laws and regulations so that he could steer his clients in the right way. But he insists on blatantly violating the LAMC with these signs and has contributed to exposing this community to the Visual Junk that are his signs. That is so disrespectful of the neighborhood he wants to do business in. I would never trust a real estate agent who doesn’t follow the law.

  What a great and smooth experience. They assigned a knowledgeable real estate agent to help me thru the entire process and even questions i had after. The infinity group stayed on top of the process and heleped me save 1%. Will be using them again.
