  Mission Mortgage is the best. I had worse and they are the complete opposite. My broker Shawn Mess, talk about customer service. He help me and never gave up on me. I broke my finger and everything fell apart. He helped continue my process right away when i was back on my feet. He didn’t brush me off. Kept on checking on me so he could get me the best rate possible. I would recommend him 100%. You won’t be disappointed.

  I should have posted this review a few months ago based on the wonderful service and experience I had doing business with Art Polanco and Mari Herrera (Mission Mortgage Co.) after having such bad experiences with other mortgage companies I was giving up on doing a re-fi On my property. Art was highly recommended by a good friend of mine so I thought I would give him a chance. Art and his team were very professional, courteous very timely and every question or concern I had they responded as quickly as possible. Most importantly they worked with me and got me the best rate possible. I would definitely do business with them again and I highly recommend them as well.

  My experience has been and still is absolutely the best. I have worked with Art Polonco and Mission Mortgage since 2015. Honestly I am so surprised with the negative reviews. I am from Pasadena California area in Sierra Madre, where the people are Hoi Polloi and I’ve referred them all. All my referrals are extremely satisfied. What I’ve learned is Mission Mortgage has many customers and we think we’re the only ones. However if you express your concerns, Mission Mortgage will definitely work on making the customer happy. My honest truth is give them a chance. I send customers at least every month and they all return satisfied. I am not related and have no personal interest in this company. I am solely a customer who is extremely happy with the service that I have received from Mission Mortgage.

  I had an amazing experience with this team! They helped me get into the home of my dreams and were very professional and on top of business. I was even given a call when they realized I qualified for a lower interest 30 year fixed loan! We just finished that transaction and I can say nothing but great things for this entire team. Go to them for any questions you may have!

  I did not have a good experience with Mission Mortgage Company and Mari Herrera. I have sent all my information to her for cross qualification and after attempting to contact her via txt, email, call she still did not get back. I was not able to get a quote from them and that shows a lot about their work. I would look to get a loan from another mortgage company, because Mission Mortgage is extremely bad at getting back to people and responding back.

  Art garica is the worst I would never never refer anyone to this company for 7 plus months no communication from art. I called to speak with management no call back. I have so so many people looking for a home and I will never send them hear. They do not return calls, texts, emails nothing. After running your credit and getting all of your information they don't respond to you. I dealt with this company in June 2020 and it's March 20121 I haven't still heard from art nor management. Stay away from this company. A waste of time. I will make sure that I let everyone know about this company. They need to close I will file a complaint regarding this company.
