  Although we did not go with Mid-America Mortgage, I can’t say enough good things about Tom Horne. He is incredibly thoughtful every step of the way. He called to introduce himself and even sent a thank you note after we parted ways with a mortgage provider. That was truly amazing customer service.   They are currently my lenders and they are horrible processing paperwork. I been waiting for over 5 months for my loan modification due to COVID-19 to finalize after I had already been paying my mortgage. They made me sign same documents more than twice and still here I am waiting to get my loan current. I have two other homes and this lender is the worst
