  Great customer service. Locked me into a refi rate lower than I anticipated. Broker was able to roll my cash at closing into refi, therefore, no cash on the table for closing. I highly recommend this Cedar Park Local homeowner to assist you with any of your financing or refinancing needs. Lender has many avenues to assist you in reducing your monthly mortgage.

  Don't lose your time with them, they are very lazy staff, my lender was Anthony and he transferred me to another one his Name Geffrey they didn't care for them Clients, after 25 days they didn't do anything and I lost $4000 for hotel and moving Company I moved 2 times, I transferred my lender to another company and I got my loan in (10 days) only, I advise you not to deal with this lender.

Your loan officer, Anthony, and our loan processor, Geoffrey, worked tirelessly after-hours and on weekends to help fund your mortgage. They were in constant contact with you and your agent throughout the process. Unfortunately, we were unable to approve your loan because you were unwilling to provide us with the documentation needed. This document is requested on every file, and it is extremely rare that a borrower is unable to provide it. Due to the nature of your loan application, and the importance of this document, it was not possible for us receive an exception for this documentation.
