  Gerard is amazing! We recently refinanced our home and my daughter purchased a condo and we both hired him.   I worked with Gerard on buying my first home. It was seamlessly easy. Very basic documentation. Closed in 2-3 weeks with no issues and was able to get me best rate I found online, nothing online even came close or compared. I would highly recommend Gerard to all of my colleagues, friends and family.   Gerard was really easy to work with and made it super simple to refinance my condo's mortgage. I was traveling at the time of my refinance and Gerard was good with me texting him over all the documents and coordinating everything real time.
