  This is our third mortgage/refi working with Bruce and Susan at Access Buyers Security Mortgage. After attempting to refinancing with our existing mortgage company for over two months and having to tolerate poor response times, lack of communication, and delays in underwriting, I contacted Susan. My first message to her was on March 4, 2021 and we closed our refinance on March 20, 2021 with the same rate our mortgage company had offered with substantially lower closing costs. But, as usual, where Susan and Bruce shine is in their excellent customer service. They are continually communicating exactly where we are in the process and what can be expected prior to close. They are open and transparent with all aspect of the transaction and always provided options based on our specific needs. I 100% recommend working with Susan and Bruce at Access Buyers Security Mortgage. We should have known to start with them from the beginning. Lesson learned!

  Susan Wenger knows her business and has been a trusted source for all our mortgage needs over the last 10+ years.   It was an absolute pleasure working with Bruce these past few years. He was always checking in with us with the best mortgage rates to make sure we could get our refinance completed. We had dealt with a short sale a few years back and Bruce checked in with us every year until we were able to get our loan refinanced.   from the first call to Susan and Bruce, until the closing , they were very professional and helpful in communicating and addressing my concerns and needs. very well communicated. they have been helping me for several refinances in the past for my old house as well. I always trust them regarding my real state mortgage related works and love to work with them in the future as well. I will also recommend them for my friends in the Tucson and Phoenix valley area in case they need a broker.

  I used Access Mortgage several times to refinance. Had best experience every time. Very aggressive interest rate. Bruce beat all rates I found online. Honest and easy to deal with. They did all paperwork quick and we were able to close on time with no issues. Thank you very much Bruce!
