  The Hannah Vaughn Team is INCREDIBLE. Their motto, hustle and heart, could not be more accurate. They have aided me with SIX transactions since 2016 despite receiving little to no commission for two of them due to builder/company policies. Not only do they excel at knowing their craft exceedingly well, they care about their clients like family. I didn’t know Hannah prior to our first transaction together, but I snow count her as one of my close friends. With the stress that comes with any real estate transaction, that speaks volumes about how she conducts herself professionally as well as personally. While I hope I won’t need The Hannah Vaughn Team again any time soon 🤦🏼‍♀️😂, I know without a doubt I’ll use them if I do.   Hannah was amazing throughout our home buying process. As first time home buyers with a tight time frame for getting into a house, Hannah really helped us out. She answered all of our questions, listened to all of our needs, provided great advice, took us around to view 10 houses, and was incredible negotiating the contract and seeing us through to closing. We would 100% recommend Hannah for buying and selling a home.

  You will not find a better realtor than Hannah Vaughan! The process of selling our home with her was fast and easy. She came in with a photographer and took amazing pictures of our house. Explained the process step-by-step, communicated regularly, responded quickly and helped us manage our expectations. She is a genuinely kind person and you don't feel like you're working with a realtor that just wants to collect a check, she cares about you. I would highly recommend working with Hannah!

  There is not a more caring, understating person in the world than Hannah. She wants what her client wants...no matter if it takes 3 yrs and 6-8 viewings. I would recommend to anyone.   She is amazing! Very helpful and understanding. Even after getting cold feet and almost giving up on our dream home, she didn’t give up on us.
