  3-18-22 This is an update to my original slow drive thru post.....I'm now on the phone wanting to speak with someone about a checking account. I have been on hold for 18 minutes before someone picked up. Once you can actually speak to someone the experience is great, but if I were calling to open a new account, there is no way that I would stay on hold that long. Original Post: Absolutely the slowest drive thru ever. I think there is one teller behind that concrete wall during the busy lunch hour. In line 15 minutes and counting. Update: Total wait time 28 minutes.

  Was so impressed with the Welcome I received at CRCU, every person was so friendly and helpful. I cannot say what an exceptional experience and had to call Lisa several times for information and questions and she always had the same pleasant demeaner, along with each person I encountered from being greeted to working with me on a transaction. WAY TO GO TO YOU ALL! THANKS

  This is by far my favorite Community Resource to visit. It’s always clean, organized and extremely welcoming. I’m never in there longer than necessary because everyone is so prompt and on top of what I need handled. I appreciate the staff I’ve met for the welcoming service, especially Demi! She treated me so wonderfully and I felt like I was a valued member. I definitely recommend everyone to go to this location instead of the Baytown ones, as you’ll have an amazing experience!

  Being new to town I was referred to CRCU when I mentioned I was looking for a car loan. I was partnered with Gabriella Baker as my loan officer and she got to work for me not just reducing the total cost of the vehicle I purchased, but as well as getting me a very competitive rate for my loan.

  All the tellers at this location are very helpful and very nice. They go beyond the norm.
