  Marisa was a complete professional from the start, i had never had the same type of experience from other lenders like i did with her and her top notch team of providing me an email of how our progress was going and what step we were on!! That was a super cool tool i was able to use to help determine where we always were in the entire process. Our close date was to be on Dec 9th, but she made it happen on Nov 24th, before thanksgiving!! great job Gale Team, and thank you again Marisa for getting us into our dream home!!!!

They were we able to lower our interest rate and payment by $200+/mo. We were also able to go from an FHA loan to a conventional loan and got rid of that pesky PMI!
