  My husband and I met Micheal 6 years ago when buying our first home. Since our first meeting with him we knew we found the right guy! He is probably the hardest working and most creative mortgage lender we came across when looking for the right person to work with. He answered our ridiculous questions quickly and made is so we understood every step we were taking. We have used him several time for refinancing and even again when purchasing our second home. Through the years he has become not only the man we refer our friends to, he also became our friend. You don’t find that in many lenders. Michael is always looking out for your best interest and we are thankful for that! It’s always a pleasure to work with him!

  Michael and his team helped us qualify for and buy a house four years ago. They told us exactly what steps we needed to take to make it happen, and everything went through smoothly. Since then he has kept us apprised of market conditions and made sure that we continue to feel like valued clients. Would recommend.

  I first used The Amine Team in 2019 to buy a house. I bought this house while living on the other side of the country. They worked with my travel schedule along with living so far away. This made my "first time home buying experience" a literal breeze. I'm now in the process of using them again to purchase another home locally. The process, communication, and helpfulness from them makes the process very easy!

  I have had the pleasure of having Nova Home Loans handle my original loan and 2 refis. All three experiences were hassle free and stress free. Michael and Jennifer have always looked out for me and gone out of their way to make me happy.   Unprofessional and waste of time as they allow people with no experience to play with your profolio because they refuse to actually work.. Their empty promises of getting you approved for a home with no problem left me and my children homeless. If I had the option to leave no stars I would. Just keeping it real and everyone should know.

  I am sorry you feel this way Melony. All I can say is we did all we could to help and my new person you mention is a state licensed loan officer (which means he put in 20 hours of education and passed an exam for the license) and did everything in his power to help you, but unfortunately, we could not help you the way you wanted us to (I can't mention specifics on a review). In the mortgage industry, unlike a retail clothing store, we can't help all clients that apply or make every applicant/customer happy, as much as we want to, as we are not selling any products, but rather, trying to approve someone for a loan. We do not create your life circumstance or mortgage profile, we just collect the information. Mortgage approvals are tied to federal and bank guidelines that we have to follow as I do not personally lend the money. We sure tried to do all we could to help you, but unfortunately it does not seem this is the way you perceive the situation the same way on our attempt to help you. And for that, I apologize for the outcome/result. Good intentions are not always rewarded despite our best efforts. The good news is my team has great ratings everywhere else and work off referrals only from people that do trust us and know we have their best intentions are heart.   I am absolutely impressed with the experience we had with the Amine team. We came to them with an outrageous loan estimate looking for a better offer. Micheal and his team were so fair, they gave us a great interest rate and reasonable closing costs so that we were able to get 100% of our earnest money back. This meant a lot to us, of course. At least once a week, Michael or Jen touched base with us and let us know the progress of our loan. I know they had to make sacrifices on the money they could have earned from our loan in order to make sure we were happy, and I didn’t even have to twist their arm, they just did it. Such integrity! We felt so comfortable through the whole process and walked away feeling great! Thank you Michael, Jen and the team! It was a pleasure working with you!

  These guys helped me buy my first house at a great rate. Then, they helped me refi at an even better rate a year later. Both times were seamless, and incredibly easy. These guys would get 6 stars if possible!
