  My first impressions of William Christopher and Nelson Waisberg were that they would be handling our mortgage application quickly and carefully — while counting on our responsiveness. Despite pandemic restrictions, communication was excellent. They put us at ease about how to meet the bank's expectations online with third-party verification evidence, etc. The final mortgage terms exceeded our expectations, and as we signed the closing paperwork, we sincerely appreciated how well we had been treated.
