  The absolute worst customer service. I do not recommend Ravi Chand or The Federal Savings Bank. They need to play back their recorded calls, so they can see what was said and the promises verbally made, only to completely deny it in the end. They will say whatever they can to reel you in and make all these great promises and guarantees and for us, it was not true, not even close. Terrible experience!

  I was very unhappy with my previous banker because he would avoid or not answer my phone inquiries. He would provide partial information and we received some surprises along the way. Yousef was very on top of everything and kept us abreast every step of the way. We actually thought we would close at a later date and it didn't turn out that way much to our delighted surprise. He was polite, professional, informative, and motivated to help us to the best of his capacity (our interest rate was locked in at a very low rate too!). We would definitely use your services and Yousef again. Thanks so much!

  Attempted to refinance my house through the Arizona branch, after weeks which turned in the months Of delays on their End, I was informed that I needed to take a notary to everyone of my neighbors living on the street to sign a road agreement form. It was totally unreasonable to expect that all my neighbors would be home on the morning that the notary came to my house and be willing to sign this form. Because I was unable to get every neighbor to sign that form that morning I was told that they could not refinance me and I would lose my $500 upfront fee. I feel I was scammed!

  The Federal Savings Bank was very thorough and communicative through the whole bank loan transaction. The online portal and digital signature on a percentage of documents was easy to access. Ms. Tonya Flatt, Sr Vice President handled the process during the COVID19 pandemic with ease and professionalism; a great financial institution to work with for our needs.
