  Greg Moulton from iLending Mortgage saved me $14K in fees over Quicken Loans. I was ready to go with Quicken, but just by sheer luck, I spoke to Greg on the phone. He told me to send him my loan estimate and he'd see if he could save me money. That simple. I sent it over, and that day he sent me a loan estimate with $14K less in fees than what I was being offered at Quicken. I took him up on his offer and closed about 21 days later.   iLending will have me great service and rates around. They communicate every step of the mortgage process. After closing on the house they still keep you in mind. After six months I was able to refinance with a better rate and lowering my payment by over $100 a month.
