  1. Erika Shelton at The Federal Savings Bank charged us $625 for appraisal when it was only $450. 2. She told us we will get it back and we found out last week that was a lie. 3. She had us pay late four times and told us they will send us a cheque, that was a lie. We paid 2 of the late fees because we thought we will be getting the money back. We found out after we closed that was not true either. Nice, she was but it was all to get us to do the loan with her instead of USBank. I regret every time I wake up that I did the loan with her and her company. I was told the papers we signed is legal and emails we got from her are not legal. How can someone do that huh? I was happy to have gotten someone like her in the beginning stay away from her and this company. If you with them make sure to record every conversation incase get lied to then you will at least have prove.

  Barbara Lanis did a phenomenal job in helping me navigate through the mortgage process. She was very quick in responding and answered all my questions. She is also very knowledgeable and thorough in her work. I strongly recommend her.

  Ankush Dhanda did an incredible job supporting my wife and I through this process. Extremely knowledgeable. Super mature and helpful customer service. Knew just when to push and just went to stay back and wait for us to come forward at various parts in the process. Great social skills. Explained the process in ways that simplified things for us. Made himself very available to communicate with. The best customer service experience I've had with anybody in recent years.
