  Traci Johnson was my lender and I don't know where to even begin. This woman goes well beyond the call of duty in what she does. As a person who runs a group of employees and works 12-16 hr days I will say: Traci exceeds any and all expectations of any normal employee of 99% of any company. She was my absolute in handling all transactions and what was needed and expected of me so efficiently, she explained every process along the way so I was never unaware of anything. When the chips got down a little she not only went to bat for me 150 % she kept me calm in my chaos. She even did this on a time when she was so sick I felt guilty asking her but true to her dedication she perservered and made it ALL happen. She is one of the most outstanding woman I have ever met. I would hands down recommend her to everyone I know. She sold my son his house. My buying process was quick and easy and was because of Traci. I personally want to take her to dinner to show her my gratitude for what she did for me and I promise ANY buyer this IS your person when buying a house !!!. Traci Thank you for being who you are. AWESOME !!!!

  Working with Russ was great! Made the process very smooth and kept us updating almost everyday with where we were at in the process and what we were waiting on. Communication was awesome. Anytime we had questions, Russ provided us with answers including articles and links that helped explain in further detail. Really made us feel at ease as first time home buyers! Thanks a bunch Russ!

  I've used Greg Janicki and his team on my first mortgage a few years ago, and a refinance when rates got substantially lower this year. He's very communicative and solicitous and friendly. He explains things clearly, always gets back to me within the day if I email or call, and his whole team is on the ball. I'll definitely use them again!

  I always heard there was so much paperwork to do for a house. However, The Federal Savings Bank's software allows you to share everything online and connect asset accounts. I only had to sign in and click buttons and scan a few documents. It was too easy...particularly when you dread paperwork after an 8-5 job. I really appreciated the informative emails and videos Greg Janicki sent at the beginning of the process; especially since this was my first mortgage and I didn't know how it all worked. This first impression caused me to choose Greg over other lenders. His outstanding communication was the topic of conversation at "closing".

  I’ve been trying to pay off my loan with this bank for months, and I’m always getting the runaround when I call. There is only one person in charge of handling these payments and they do not return your calls, ever.

  After looking at several lenders, the Federal Savings Bank was referred to me by a relative. Greg was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Every step was thoroughly explained so that all sides were on the same page. I would no doubt refer them to friends and family for future purchasing or refinancing needs.
