  My realtor introduced me to Thomas and his team . At that time I was only going to enquire regarding the purchase process and was suppressed when he told me I can apply for a loan. He and his team are professional, organized, and always one call away. Even if they didn’t answer you right away expect a call in the next 5-20 min. I will deal with Thomas and his team in the future and would recommend him to anyone based on my experience.

  The Faille Team provides top-notch service from the start and through the finish of the home buying process. As a first time buyer, they walked me step by step through the process and really made me comfortable with everything. So comfortable that I used them AGAIN to buy my second home!!

  Tom has helped me through refinancing my mortgage on my house, to getting pre approved on a loan for my next house! He is very knowledgeable and has always answered all of my questions honestly! He is very responsive and easy to talk to!

  Tom was upfront about the process, the interest, and explaining anything that I had questions about. Tom and his team were prompt and available all the way through rhe steps. He helped with a sticky appraisal issue and helped us obtain the best interest rate possible.
