  These guys were great! It look a minute to get off the ground, but once my refi was in progress, everything was great! Danny's team was super communicative. Javier kept me up-to-date via text with everything and they got me a great rate! Happy to have saved thousands on my condo!!

  What can I say about this amazing team. Well lots. Danny and his team helped us in 2018 get an FHA loan to buy our first home. It was a crazy less than 30 day escrow but we did it. We were very very pleased. Flash to 2021 and we choose to refinance. I instantly called Danny and had a very detailed conversation about what we were looking for. Well Danny and his team made it all possible. We went from an FHA to a conventional, lowered our interest rate, got that PMI off and could not be happier. Going into the refinance I am sure Danny remembered how um , let's say, erratic and stressful I get and anxious. This time was no diferrent. His assistant who handles out loan, Javier was the best. I warned him straight up like this is what your going to get with me. Lol. I think maybe he thought I was joking but nope. He handled it as a professional and for that I am very thankful for. I will always use Danny and his team at Intercap Lending.. there is no question about it. If your looking to buy or refinance this is the team you want on your side.   Danny did my husband & I’s home purchase in 2019 and we just closed our refinance this past week. His professionalism and integrity is top-notch. I used to be a loan officer for a big bank and was amazed at how much easier and faster it was working w Danny & his team Steph, Javier & Mason. The entire process took just a little over 3 weeks whereas with a big bank they are locking Refis for 90 days and at higher rates bc of the current CoVid & economic situation. The rate we got was incredible and our notary confirmed it was the lowest he’s seen all summer. Our notary said our closing costs were also some of the lowest he’s seen; we used Pioneer Title. We feel blessed to know Danny and that he was able to dramatically change our financial situation for the better during these unprecedented times. This refinance has been the silver lining to a very challenging year. I highly recommend working w Danny and his team and have already given his info to my friends & family.

  Danny and his team with Intercap Lending knocked it out of the park! My husband and I are extremely happy with the entire process of refinancing our home. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands. The communication was prompt and informative. Considering the current climate of the housing market, I can only imagine how swamped they are.   Danny and his team are exceptional. This was my first time working with him but he’s refinanced my in-laws house and done many real estate deals for other members of my extended family. For my husband and I, he was able to qualify us for a new loan and help us keep our first house as an income property. He was able to work in our specific timeline and turn things around really fast. Not only that, but he gave us an unbeatable deal! When we needed cash for renovations, he helped us restructure things so we could make the purchase with only 10 percent down and still our rate is lower than anyone else we talked to (and I truly shopped around!) Danny will be our go-to lender every time from here on out!!

  Danny, Stefanie, and Katrina were amazing to work with. The whole team knows their stuff and we're saving $600 per month by refinancing. They were super easy to work with. Using their online tools to upload our documents from our laptops or phones made it really really easy to move the process along fast.   Easy, Fast, Reliable Home Loan Experience for me!!!! I originally bought my home 3 years ago using the Drysdale team for my mortgage. Super easy experience where I always felt the details were handled in such a professional efficient manner. Fast forward 3 years, I am ready to renovate my kitchen in my home! I approached Danny to discuss my dreams for the home and we discussed options and ended up doing a cash-out refinance. He may the process so easy and even kept my new loan at a payment I could work with and find a way to help me achieve my dream kitchen. This seemed like a huge, scary task and now I look back and it was the best decision I have made. The Drysdale team is so on top of doing all the hard work too- I would call and say what else can I do! They were so efficient and effective and professional.   These guys were great! In particular, Javier Avendano. He was very patient with us and on top the entire situation from start to finish. If it were not for him, we would not have had such a fantastic final result. We plan on coming back to him when we make our next home purchase.
