  I wished I had done this sooner!!! Anthony made this transaction smooth, easy and enjoyable. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every time something came up Anthony had a solution. His staff works with the goal of making sure that the customer is taken care of and the end game is getting you in your home. If you don’t use Anthony on you next home purchase, you will be missing out on a truly wonderful experience.

  First time home buyer here. Anthony was awesome through the entire process of purchasing our first home. I had numerous questions regarding the process and Anthony was always there to walk me through it and provide answers to my concerns. I contacted Anthony sometimes at inconvenient times, such as catching him while he was having dinner, or late in the evening . Anthony was always understanding and kind while alleviating my concerns. I can't speak highly enough of Anthony and his professionalism. If I ever decide to buy again, I will be contacting Anthony and Intercap Lending, and will recommend him to my friends.   My wife and I recently bought a new home and we found that things have changed a bit since we last bought a home over 30 years ago! No worries as far as the financing, though, as Anthony and his crew guided through the process, got us some good rate options to choose from, and facilitated a quick funding that helped lead to a 20-day escrow period. Anthony was responsive and informative and we really appreciated his assistance during the stress of moving.

  Anthony and his team were awesome at getting my mortgage loan completed. He was the preferred lender for my new construction home purchase. It took a long time since construction was delayed due to the pandemic. Anthony was patient and detailed through the whole process. He is always available and has clear communication.   Stop reading this and hire Anthony Magana right now. My wife and I had brilliantly simple experience working with Anthony on multiple refi‘s in 2020! We saved a boatload of money every time. The entire process was painlessly automated start to finish, it seriously took less than 20 minutes of my time and most of that was spent signing the closing docs (!). Anthony is professional, responsive, and honest, and managed the whole refi process from beginning to end. He made himself available via any method of my choice - email, phone, text; which I appreciated and repeatedly took advantage of. He even stayed in touch with me during nights and weekends! I am so very grateful for all of Anthony’s work that he devoted to my family‘s financial future. Could not recommend more!

  Anthony and his loan processor Katrina were excellent. They were prompt in answering their phones when I called and answered our many questions, this included calls outside regular business hours. If they didn’t answer, they called back right away. They had everything set up to make it easy to send needed documents and process our loan quickly. We actually were going out of town during our scheduled close date. They worked with escrow to finish the deal about a week before schedule so we were able to leave on vacation without the worry of any closing issues or a delays that may have come up while we were gone... Awesome job! Great customer service. Thanks again

  I linked up with Anthony through my realtor. No regrets! Anthony was courteous and thorough in explaining the process for a first time homebuyer. Him and his team were cordial and punctual telling me exactly what I needed. Anthony was also kind enough to meet up and go over a few things. True professionalism from him and his team.
