  Paul is awesome! I was referred to 3 brokers from our realtor. The first time I spoke to him I knew he was the broker for us. I called him to ask him one simple question, and he gave me about 35 minutes of his time. He gave me advice and broke down numbers realistically to me, and he educated me briefly about loans. Time is money and he gave me his time when I wasn't even his client. During the entire process of purchasing our home he was committed, tentative, organized, and on point. He was always in good communication and made time to call me if I needed him to clarify something.
