  Hello, I worked with Richard Ray on my refinance. He was great to work with. He ran several scenarios regarding options for my loan. He was very detailed oriented and organized. After I submitted the loan application and all documentation his team partners sent daily emails on the progress of the loan and projected a date for settlement.
