  Had a great experience refinancing my home with Caliver Beach Mortgage. Everything went smoothly and it was done quickly. Dustin answered all my questions quickly and was there to help in the process. He helped me save several hundred dollars on my payment. We had a few hiccups but he worked through them. Thanks to Dustin I am a happy customer.

  We talked to a number of lending sources about what we wanted in a mortgage and Ryan Cooper at Caliver Beach Mortgage was by far the most knowledgeable about how to get what we wanted. He was always accessible and responded quickly to direct phone calls to answer questions and provide feedback. He walked us through the inevitable bumps on the road to closing. He was great to work with!

  My experience with Caliver Beach Mortgage has been very positive. My loan officer was Mike Cotter and Mike was very honest and he got the job done! I have used Mike a few times for VA loans on three of my homes and he was fast and efficient and he went the extra mile for me each time. If you are looking for a loan call Mike, you wont regret it!!

  Very unprofessional company. My family and I were left homeless due to this lender. The "team" of people that were apparently working on my file continously ask me to resend documents over and over again and when I would question what happen to the documents that I had already sent them would use the excuse they were put in to que. No one communicates with the client, they don't answer your calls, texts or emails in a timely manner. And when you question their employees work ethics the employee will call and curse you out and in my case laugh and mock my being homeless. Which was their fault due to pushing back my closing date 4x. I eventually ran out of my money and had to walk away from the home I was purchasing and move into another rental. Stay far away from this coming don't let them fool you.

  I had a particularly difficult circumstance, but Ms. Lissell Paredes made my refinance happen. Even when all seemed lost, Lissell and her team made it happen for me. She's very knowledgable, extremely patient, and worked very hard to make sure she delivered.

  While the task of simultaneously selling two homes and buying another was daunting, at best, the team at Caliver Beach Mortgage made it all seem easy. They not only performed several magic acts [to help us get the job done], they did it with professionalism and an expertise that - like our mortgage - was "jumbo!"   We just wrapped up our Refi process with Caliver Beach Mortgage and are very happy with the end result. Working with Ervin Kowitz was a very good experience. He provided us with a great overview of the market, he was careful to set our expectations, and he offered us a few great options to select from. For each option he provided advice and counsel (pros and cons) along the way. Katy Van Meter from Caliver Beach Mortgage was also excellent to work with.   We recently refinanced our home after doing our initial home purchase with Caliver Beach. Both transactions were seamless and very quick in comparison to previous experiences. They beat our credit union by far as far as cost and the rate we obtained, all around always a professional experience. Highly recommend.
