  I had the pleasure of working with Michael when I bought my home in 2021, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Buying a first home can be overwhelming and stressful, especially in today's competitive environment and as Nashville continues to grow rapidly. Michael was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, professional and diligent. He answered all my many questions and talked me through every step of the process, and he was able to get me an amazingly low interest rate. Everything was done online / remotely, which was very convenient. Throughout the process and tight offer deadlines, Michael was responsive nearly 24/7 to discuss options, even answering while he was on vacation!! We were able to close in 2 weeks - something I didn't think was ever possible. Michael truly cares about his clients and it shows in the way he goes above and beyond. I would absolutely work with Michael in the future and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Great team with fast responses to calls/emails and CLEAR information! I'm prone to anxiety and panic attacks during stressful events, like buying a house, lol. The sellers agent was horrible at her job and made my agents and the Dendy Team's job much harder than it should have been, but Micheal and his team were able to save me BIG!!! Seller pushed back the closing twice during a turbulent market and I lost my rate as too much time passed. Really bummed, I called Micheal and not only was he able to keep the rate, he got it lower than expected! I've had a stroke and TBI's and from the beginning, Micheal always made sure I understood the process. Always asking during a call if I was comfortable with this or that. I NEVER got the feeling of pressure. He's so calm and patient.I've used Quicken/Rocket Mortgage for decades and it was always high pressure. They wanted signatures and move on to the next guy. Micheal and I would chat during most of our calls, asking about my family, discuss my future plans to the 'mountain' we were buying (and did). Just easy going, no stress, no pressure. He'd let me know what was needed and the date to get it in by, and then he'd let me be an adult. He didn't call and email multiple times a day. If I was getting close to the date, he'd make contact, again, my brain gets its wires crossed plenty lol. I tell all my friends and veteran buddies about Dendy Team if they are looking in his areas. When he says he'll get something to you, his team is FAST and helpful. Don't hesitate, this was my 3rd home buying experience and by far a much much better one! If we buy again, we'll be talking to Micheal Dendy! He helped us achieve our dream home, our Forever Home!

  Michael was available, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He is an expert in the VA Loan process and I was glad to have him on my team. He was able to find a really great rate and then it was threatened by a pushed-back closing because the sellers were waiting on another house themselves. He could have charged me for a points or for an extension, but he proposed that the closing date stay the same and the sellers become renters with a free week. The sellers agreed and Michael and his team saved me thousands that I would have lost trying to get the same rate as before. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to other Veterans.

  Michael and his team did an outstanding and amazing job for my clients. He is very knowledgeable about the VA loan product and explained everything to my clients. He was always hands on and always communicated with me and the clients during the home loan process. He was ready to close in less than 30 days which is amazing in this market .   Michael and his team were great! We closed in a couple of weeks, he updated us throughout the process and took care of everything. Communication was awesome, we locked an amazing rate and he takes care of veterans! VA Loan for the win! If I could give 10 stars I would. Seriously check these guys out! They are the best hands down.

  Michael Dendy is the man! He was patient, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend contacting him for your mortgage needs. My wife and I felt like he had our best interest in mind and not his own. That says a lot in todays world. He worked hard and helped my wife and I get into our first home together.   Michael did a great job for us! Without my knowledge, he even continued shopping for better rates for me...while we were locked in. He surprised us with a .25% rate reduction. The company point of contact for UWM was not great, and failed to communicate well. I called Michael and told him my concerns, after that he made sure everything was handled. Thanks so much Michael!
