  I do not recommend it, everything they say is a lie, they do not deserve a single star, customer service changes since you make the payment of 2700.00, customer service is rude, the lack of professionalism is embarrassing, if you do not call, they do not tell you anything. total scam. Be careful going to that place. 😡😡 When you call nobody knows about your case and they hide they should be ashamed to scam people like that is a fraud. They say 30 days and we've been there for 3 months, the 30 days thing is a lie now they want someone to do their job they steal your money. You should be ashamed of scamming people like that.

  A company that promises and does not deliver. First they sell you dreams telling you that they GUARANTEE that they will clean your credit in 90 days when you choose the Express program, which is 2,900 dollars. You give the initial deposit and even paying off the full account they keep taking you 19.95 to continue verifying your credit that they do not tell you and $ 79 per month, moreover the case does not end in 90 days. Several things were deleted because it was time to delete them and they come to you that they did it without knowing that I am a person who finds out EVERYTHING and is aware of my credit movements. By not having access to your bank account they determine to close the case because they have already finished their work and for the moment negative creditors come out again with new remarks that instead of helping you lower your credit number more. Check the reviews in different places, even the BBB has them discredited. The lack of communication from this company is terrible. If you as a client do not call them and you are on top of them, they only communicate to collect. Rumba unfortunately promotes them but they are not responsible for the lack of ethics of this company. Truly a waste of time and money. NOTE ... read your contracts well before signing, do not get carried away by nice words. Sometimes it is better to do it yourself because you do the same as them.

  Unfortunately you have written a review on the wrong company. You have us mixed up with another company. We don't have any client by your profile. We don't and never have offered a product or service for $2,900.00. We have never received a deposit and we don't have any product or service that cost $19.95 either. We don't know who the Rumba company is or if it's a person. We have no affiliation with Rumba and again we don't know who they are either. Please remove this review because it's an error. It's like being accused of a crime that you didn't commit. I'm reaching out to Google to investigate this also since it's not true with our company. Also, we don't have any Spanish speaking employees at this time and I'm writing this because part of your review is in Spanish and I have no idea what it is saying. If you call us and talk to us at our listed number you will realized that you did a review on the wrong company.

  It does not comply, they tell you one thing and it is a lie and when you call to complain they communicate with customer service and they are rude, they do not even deserve a star we paid them and they did nothing
