      Great, quick service that truly cares. Katherine got me an answer to my inquiry via email in just a few hours & then she answered the phone immediately when I called in! Although I'm sure they were looking to gain a customer, she helped me out for free with some great advice & said if I needed more of their help I could come back any time. They were not money hungry at all, but truly sought to help me out. If I have any more issues with my credit in the future, I'll be returning to work with Katherine!

      After signing up with the creditpeople.com, my credit score has increased! They walked me through the process step-by-step to ensure that my needs are met.       Do not waste your money or time with this service. I used this service and saw nothing but my money leave my account. I even called and the big three credit reporting companies to check to see if there had been any disputes or challenges filed and I was told that there were no records of any since 2019. In fact I only got one letter from Trans Union stating that they would not move forward because the letter they received appeared to come from a third party and not me. I reached out to The Credit People and spoke to a CSR who just brushed off the letter by stating “Everyone gets that letter. Don’t worry about it. Just give it three months and you will see”. I then asked for copies of the letters sent and was told “they would not send me a copy because it is a trade secret.” I then stated that I am the customer and needed to what was sent. But all I got was the run around. Bottom line, I do not recommend anyone use these people! They may a real company but they do not deal with their customers above board and you will not see any results based on my experience. I suspect they are using the outdated and useless 609 letters.

      We're sorry to hear you were not pleased with our service, since we do care about our customers, and do everything we can to get them the best results possible. We reviewed your account and see that you signed up for our service in February 2022, but were only with us for two months. Out of the two months you paid, we did refund one of those payments per our refund policy. An average client is generally with us anywhere from 6 to 8 months, and this will depend on the responses received from all three credit bureaus, and the volume of negative accounts on each report. Your reports do have years worth of credit history to get through, and this process does take time. The letter that you received from TransUnion is a standard form letter they are sending out to anyone that has disputes on their TransUnion report, which includes consumers doing disputes on their own as well as Credit Repair Companies. This letter is not specific to your credit or our service, and is one of the many scare tactic letters the bureaus use to get consumers to go away and stop submitting disputes. Disputes create more work for the bureaus, and the bureaus are currently being investigated with the Consumer Protection Agency for not properly processing consumer complaints. There are many recent articles published about that you are welcome to research if you'd like. We do not provide clients a copy of the letters since they have taken years to perfect. If we provided copies of our dispute letters to all of our clients, there would be nothing stopping them from using our letters on their own. You mentioned that we use “outdated 609 letters” but we actually have a database of over 500 different types of letters we use depending on that particular client's reports. Again, we are genuinely sorry to hear of your unhappiness, and we can assure you that we value our client's feedback and hope that we have the opportunity to earn your business back.

      Not worth it. I paused my account after paying for a few months and seen nothing. I would love a refund. I waited after I was informed dispute letters were sent. Nothing! It's April. I've been waiting for a good 5 months. Stop scamming

      Hi Breunna, We hope you're doing well, and we appreciate you letting us know your concerns. We have reviewed your account, and see that you were with us a total of 3 months (Nov 2021, Dec 2021, and Jan 2022). You sent us an email in January stating you could no longer afford it and wanted your account on "hold" which it has been on hold as you requested ever since. Our refund policy is you can cancel at anytime, and receive your prior payment as a refund. Therefore, we have canceled your account for you, and also issued you a one month refund. We do care about our customers, and do everything we can for them. We know the credit system is not fair, so we do send aggressive dispute letters to the bureaus to try to get any positive progress possible. With that being said, it does depend on if the creditors respond to the disputes and what they can prove is legally accurate. If an account is legally accurate, and the creditors can prove that, then it can legally remain on your reports for up to 7 years from the date of the last activity. Credit Repair is not a fast process since we do have to fight against the bureaus and creditors who want this information on your reports. Everyone's credit is completely different and while some clients have results in 60 days, others take several rounds of disputes before the creditors allow the accounts to be removed. We were on your side and only here to help. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank to post your refund back to your card.       Using "The Credit People" service worked very well for me. In my opinion they had the most in depth services when it came to the credit report and updates. I got to where I needed to be and they made sure that the process would be complete and work for the long run. I'd suggest their services to anyone looking to restore their credit. Using them was a lot easier than attempting to do it on my own.

      Signed up and waited for some sort of follow through..3mts and not 1 item was removed..Do not waste your time or money, it's not fully refundable even though that's the phrase that's posted on the site.. if your service is for credit improvement focus on transparency and customer service ... I rate this company -1

It’s important to keep in mind that everyone’s credit is completely different with the volume of negative accounts, dates, amount owed, etc, and there is generally years worth of credit history to work on. Credit repair does take time to fight the bureaus and creditors who want this information on your reports. While some clients do see results in less than three months, others take more time if the creditors are fighting back. Our website has two membership options and does state as a monthly client you can cancel at any time and not be charged your upcoming payment, and receive your prior month as a refund if you aren’t satisfied.       Honestly if you need help with your credit report skip all the troubles and called The credit people! I went from a 504 credit score all the way up to around 746 they helped me out a lot through the past couple years and my family as well thank you again! Again from a father of four With a budget we all thank you!

      I started using the credit people since 2020 and I would have to say I’ve seen an increase in my credit with all three bureaus they allow you access online to check the status of all disputes and when you call you can always reach someone that can answer all your questions and best of all they all way more affordable then other credit company’s I dealt with in the past ..I highly recommend them !!

      This place is a scam! They advertised a $19 start up fee and $79 a month afterwards. They charged me $19 initially and then two weeks later charged $79!!! I’ve called 4 times and one time someone answered and didn’t speak after I said hello! Do NOT do business with these people!

      I must say through experience when I was a customer of there's in 2021..there pretty good..they got all bankruptcies removed from Equifax and TransUnion so im a witness and a new customer again, that they can clean up your credit..I was able to by very nice new vehicle with no money down and a trade upside down👌on cleaning credit it isn't a guarantee especially if info is accurate but I must say I was Impressed my first go round...
