  Me and my husband are the proud new owners of our first home thanks to an amazing team at Mid-America! Our loan officer Donna, and her assistant Lea were the best! They made sure all the information coming our way was understood, and that they were always available for any questions or concerns that came up. We were worried the home loan process would be extremely long and painful, but these 2 ladies really went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. For that, our little family is very grateful! In addition to this there were some other little gestures they did that they didn't have to do that also made the experience a good one.   Andy plus team made the process of getting a loan extremely smooth. I started the process four or five years ago. Over than time, I was improving my credit and defining my house preferences. They diligently followed-up with me every quarter. Due to a Covid no penalty 401k distribution, I had a down payment. The cash to close ended up being less than I thought possible, with the seller paying most the closing costs. Andy encouraged me along the way. It was less than 30 days from offer made to close.

  Donna Haeni and her assistant Lea worked hard to get our loan completed. Minimal fees and a great experience from beginning to end. She walked us through every step of the way so we always knew where we were in the process. She was always available and willing to answer all our questions.
