  I definitely would give Premier more than a 5 star rating to start with. When I knew that I was ready to buy a home, this team was definitely the first that came to my mind because I have had a great experience with them before. Premier definitely made buying a home easy and stress free. I was buying at a time when the Lake Charles area was a total disaster and even finding a home was a challenge. Premier got me to the realtor that was best for the job and always answered my questions and concerns on a very timely manner. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone when being ready to buy a home and will continue to do business with them in the future.

  Cody's Mortgage Team closed our purchase in less than a month with no hang-ups or snags. Everyone on staff was wonderful to deal with. (a special shout out for Taylor F.) Always available to give or receive needed information. Clear and concise emails and texts with much of the process completed on-line. Honest without fail and always looking to get us our best offers. All other parties which were involved based upon Mr. Heard's company connections worked out wonderfully as well. My wife, daughter and I are well pleased with our purchasing experience.
