  I've been with SWLACU for a long time and couldn't ask for better service. They always greet you with a big smile when you walk in and always so clean. That's why I always go in instead of drive thru. Great job SWLACU!

  Good lending team. Terrible bank. The app barely works, no help when they are closed, and they love to add tons of fees to your account.

  I have banked here since turning 18. This used to be a great place. They put a payment off for three days on a plan with omv. Money is in the account on hold! I have to pay 2400.00 now or face suspension of my licence. Thank you southwest credit union 👍. It's not up to your staff to decide which one of my bills get paid first!!! I think what's been done is illegal. I'll ask an attorney.

  IF I COULD GIVE SWLACU MORE THAN FIVE STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD.THIS IS AN AWESOME PHENOMENAL CREDIT UNION.   There Mobile Banking is trash. The app is always crashing. Plus their ATM's are out dated. The people that work there are friendly and that's the only reason I still bank there.

  I'm really disappointed in this branch. It used to be very good. The people were friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked a question, and got three different answers. I knew what the answer was already. I had asked anyway. The answer I got was a no, a you have to come in to do it, and yes. (The yes was the answer I already knew...for certain.) The teller was not a very cheery person. Quite snooty in my opinion. This branch is a shadow of its former self. The branch downtown is way nicer, and much friendlier staff. This particular trip was the most difficult, and inconvenient I've ever had. I doubt I will be using this branch except for the ATM. Just save your time, and effort. Go to a more pleasant branch where you are treated kindly, and that makes you feel valued. This trip honestly made me consider closing my account.

  Worst bank to do business with. Be mindful and especially careful when dealing with loans. They use under handed tactics to get you to sign bad deals. At the time I had a great credit score so I got swindled in after talking to a loan officer(who no longer works there). Nothing she discussed with me after months of problems back and forth was true then told me I should be more careful of what I sign. That I didn’t have to sign the agreement. I have now been repairing my credit scores since dealing with them. At the time I was 21. Be smart they are not there for your benefit.

  The bank isn’t allowing purchases or ATM withdrawals at this time, there’s 42 people on the call list. If you have overdraft protection, it’s still going to decline and go into OD but you ‘won’t get charged’. They said it’ll be fixed tomorrow. If so I’ll remove the review, if not, I’ll just remove myself from their bank.-2.3.2019. Today, my car insurance went unpaid. Really screwing with peoples lives now. Other issues: They set me up with this account that automatically puts my money in savings, so now I get a letter every month that I’m ‘just supposed to ignore’ threatening to close my account at any time. Noice. They get 60 days notice before freezing the bank account for medical debt and don’t notify you until the day you find out.

  SWLA Credit Union is the place to go for your savings, loan, and banking needs. Every time I go into this location I am greeted with a smile and a friendly face. No matter if it's for something small like a simple transaction, opening an account, loan, or solving any other issue I would recommend stopping by for their services!!!!

  The worst freaking branch I’ve ever dealt with. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Anytime you call it’s always I’m not the one one handled your account. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my debit and checks and now they want to cancel the card and send a new one AGAIN...
