  This is the worse closing company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. There were numerous mistakes made in the closing documents. The specific agent I was forced to work with was incompetent, nonresponsive and had no ability to acknowledge when she made a mistake (MULTIPLE MISTAKES) nor was she capable of apologizing for blatant mistakes made on her end. The entire closing process was a nightmare specifically because of this company. I was the seller in this transaction and had to prompt the closing company to send me the final closing documents and settlement statements in order to ensure a timely execution of the closing documents prior to the buyer's anticipated closing date. When I finally received the settlement statement, there were a host of errors, including mathematical errors concerning the total amount due to seller and to amounts to be paid by buyer. Something as basic as spelling my name correctly on the documents, including the actual deed, was apparently to complicated of a task and was also done incorrectly. My social security number was completely wrong on the documents. When the closing finally did take place, it was like pulling teeth to confirm same with the closing agent. My realtor was forced to drive to the closing agent's office since she seems to be incapable of answering the phone. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

  We worked with Stephanie Valdez to close on the purchase of our home, this was not our first time buying a home unfortunately she was referred to us. Our experience was horrible, she was not professional at all, she would get mad and not answer her phone or email until days later, she delayed the process by a lot by not being proactive with her work and at the end she disrespected us by arguing with us to the point that she was yelling at us with nasty attitude. Do yourself a favor and don’t use her if you want to have a smooth transaction and good customer service because she doesn’t know a thing about customer service.
