  Best company to work for since 2014! The back office dashboard is great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The 100% commission is exactly what was promised...no hidden agendas or desk fees. I work mostly from home but when I visit the office, I'm greeted with a smile and a few laughs.   Napier Velazquez is a first class Realtor. I cannot praise this man enough for his professionalism, knowledge, dedication and just his full on intensity to follow through with everything. I had a vacant duplex which my wife pushed me into doing something with. long story sideway Napier came our way. This guy does everything, answers the phone, text or email immediately any time of day. He listed the house for a figure i thought was a little too high, 2 days later the house has an offer and in no time at all closing with out any issue at all. I'm not really one to leave reviews but I would pleasantly be a reference on behalf of Napier anytime. Thankyou Napier, I'm sorry to drag out this review to you but you really are a true professional. You deserve this!

  Where do I begin? I joined Lokation just over a year and a half ago and I could not be happier with the decision I made. From day one I felt welcomed by all of our staff and fellow agents. I had no idea what the culture or atmosphere would be like at a brokerage with so many agents but it truly feels like a part of my extended family. It almost feels too good to be true that we have so many resources and tools at our fingertips for what we pay to be a part of this amazing team. Especially during these hard times of COVID we are all experiencing our company has been there for us providing constant encouragement, motivation and online trainings that has allowed me to continue moving my business forward. I cannot say it enough, thank you to all of the amazing staff and Broker for being so amazing to us!

  I have been with LoKation Real Estate Former The K Company Realty since 2014, and I can definitely say that it is an awesome company. I keep 100% of my commission. They provide in-house training, while being simultaneously broadcasted online, so you can actually get trained by watching, listening and you can even ask questions while sitting at home. Our broker is always available. You can ask a question, and you will receive an answer to your email within minutes, Everyone at the office answers any doubt or questions in a very professional way. I would not change my Broker for nothing.

  LoKation is AhhMazing! I have been an agent here for 3 years ( and have worked at a different brokerage prior to)The Support from this Brokerage is great. There is always someone available to assist whether on the phone or in the office. The office stays in pace (if not ahead), of the needs for an agent to be successful by aligning with strategic partners to benefit our clients and opening up satellite offices for us to work from or meet with clients. The infrastructure/technology in place to do all the administrative work remotely is awesome! The ability to watch and participate in live training in either the office or remotely is super convenient! If we miss the training, there is a library of the recorded training to access at any time. There are so many great things about LoKation Real Estate and you get all of this at a very, very low cost.
