  Licet was amazing; she explained everything and answered questions I had. She was patient and kind, even when customers were acting indecent. I came back another day for a loan, and Licet had saved my information for the loan the other day, making it very quick to get what I was looking for. Both Cinthia and Licet were very helpful; being able to help multiple people at a time.

  I went in there to see if I was able to apply for a loan and by the grace of God and the help of Cinthia I was approved. She explained everything to me in a professionally and timely manner. More cash checking places need an employer like Cinthia to work for them .

  There are much better places to patronize. I WAS a longtime customer and a frequent visitor of this particular location even, but as of today, this lame and quite frankly, very unprofessional outfit will never hurt me or my business again nor will they see another dime from my pocket. Saturday, last week and Monday (today) I was discriminated against and denied service. I was also made to feel like I was untrustworthy, shady and basically a criminal for giving this company too much business!!!!.I was asked what I did to deserve the checks I was cashing and asked my relationship to the check issuer. Because I had used their services recently (within a one week time frame) in order to cash multiple checks , I was denied service to cash another check until the others cleared. I thought this ridiculous due to the fact that I have cashed at least 20 other checks in the past months from the same issuer and by me, the same drawer and all of which were good and they had no problems with. I even provided all of the accepted forms of identification which according to their rules is not even required as long as a single check amount is lower than $1000.This rule of waiting on past checks to clear prior to cashing any others was never mentioned to me before. Not only does this hurt my business, but I suffered unfavorable consequences at work due to their lack of service and improper business practices. This rule came out of nowhere and all of a sudden when I complained. Checks that were cashed more than 6 days ago still have yet to clear, or so they say. That's right, this "titan of industry " can't even cash a small check for their patrons if they have already cashed another within 6 days! They should not have the right to name themselves the check cashing store because they dont want to cash checks and dont care about their loyal customers whom have paid their incredibly high fees for many months. The employees are rude to this fact and crow statements like " We can deny anyone we want because we ain't got OUR money yet!. " all of this said with a smirk and ghetto headshake Saturday. Not to mention other shady stuff like the complete lack of diversity of employees. I have also witnessed when this location could not cash checks because they ran out of cash money! A check cashing store without cash!!..Dont ask to speak with a manager either, you'll be given a customer service number to call. Even better, if its Saturday, the customer service department will be unreachable because they do not work that day eventhough their stores are open hmmmmm It is very obvious that this is an unprofessional company that consider their customers an inconvenience and a problem. It was made clear to me that they dont want or need my business.

  Terrible service. Extremely slow and don't seem to really care about customers at all. Went once and had a terrible experience. Not sure why I went back again today but it was just as bad if not worse.. 2 employees 1 customer in the lobby and I still had to wait for one of the girls to get either her kid or the other employees kid.. in the middle of an already slow transaction the lady attending me decided that she had enough time to grab a bag of chips and proceed to eat them while I waited for my check to be cashed.. just seemed like he had no interest at all in being there.. I have worked in customer service for years and can tell you that this place is poorly run. We sometimes visit the check cashing store on hancock in the cape and that is a shining example of good management and it's a pleasure to visit and do business with. I will not be visiting this location again and highly suggest everyone stay away until they learn how to treat their customers with respect...

  In a hard spot, never had to get an advance before.... Valerie made me feel very welcome with a non judgemental sense. Very fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing help! Ask for Valerie, she is awesome!!!!

  The Check Cashing Store is a very costly option of cashing checks. This is why their website does not detail their prices, so I visited the store and took a picture of the prices to share with those of you who find yourself seeking a means of cashing a check and are trying to remain in a budget.

  They definitely should hire people who deserve a job. Who ever the fat miserable blonde slob is that was working 1/19/17 in the morning should quit her job and be a door greeter at Walmart. If your working a CUSTOMER SERVICE job my simple questions should not irritate you. Somebody should bring her fat ass a donut, maybe she'll look less miserable and constipated
