  This has been by far quite a wonderful experience coming to this Check Cashing Store location. The store manager Kayla was very punctual and was knowledgeable on what exactly I needed help with. I would recommend customers to go to this check cashing store because I was satisfied with the service that I received their. Thank you.

  I had a great experience coming to this store. The woman who assist me Kayla was nice professional punctual and answer all questions I had.one of the best experiences I had dealing with any check cashing store

  🕯🕊🕯 HONESTY IS MY BEST POLICY!!!! I wrote a beautiful review yesterday in appreciation of this lady at this company! Unknowingly.... THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED VETERANS ‼️⚠️‼️ It is so very sad but DEFINITELY TRUE!!! Just need ALL VETERANS AND CIVILIANS TO BE AWARE AND ON THE LOOKOUT WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! In fact, right now I am questioning 🤨 identity theft,? All the store representative could do today is cry and say I don’t know I don’t know.... “I DO NOT KNOW” ... IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE... A PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE IS ... “I MAY NOT HAVE THE ANSWER NOW; BUT, I WILL FIND OUT AND GET BACK WITH YOU”!!!! Now, that is a PROPER AND RIGHT RESPONSE!!! AGREE!!! COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO DOING ANY AND ALL BUSINESS!!!! If one cannot simply communicate properly then one has no place in BUSINESS 💯 sorry... but, go wash dishes or sweep floors there are plenty of jobs that one can get without being involved in CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE!!! SERIOUSLY 💯 I am upset 😠 to say the least and will be following up with MANY ATTORNEYS ON THIS EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE THAT HAS CAUSED THIS DISABLED VETERAN MORE STRESS THAN NECESSARY!!!! TRUTH IS... WE ALL MATTER, FACT IS ... WE NEED TO APPRECIATE OUR MILITARY AND VETERANS MORE! Think 🤔 for a moment... whom we serve and protect... AMERICANS- that being said, Americans need to realize the SACRIFICE our military, veterans, first responders, police, and medical personnel make in HONOR OF ALL AMERICANS!!!! SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.... WE DO LITERALLY SACRIFICE EVERYTHING IN HOPES THAT AMERICANS WILL HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE! I pray that this review serves you all well in making better choices!   This is the longest I ever had to wait for a check to be cashed. Literally two people were at the front counter for 45 minutes while a line of customers waited. Only one person was working … don’t come here go somewhere else

  Crystal is the manager of this location she is great the other girls that work there are greatest well. This one is not open on Sundays so check their hours though a little bit less than some of the other locations however it's right on Sterling and David wrote extension very close to the turnpike 595 so it's a good location the girls are very helpful and always do a good job.

  Aylin is the best ! Never had such great customer service at a check cashing place in my life . She was kind, courteous, and went out of her way to make sure things were done correctly . !!! Thank you !!!

  I never leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to thank Ms. Aylin for her professionalism and courteousness. Lost my debit card while on vacation and had to get a large amount of cash from western union. She saved my vacation lol.

  The New Store Manager Kayla, has very good Excellent customer service, she’s a nice lady always going over and beyond for me when ever I come into this store I’m always please with her service.
