  I purchased a ring and had it resized - It was done poorly. They stretched the shank out so much it was razor thin. When I called about it, I was told that I'd have to talk to the manager and explain why I didn't notice when I picked it up 2 days prior.... It's none of your business... I can't see the bottom if it's in a box for 2 days can I? In either case, the ring was real and the Ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful. True to other reviews, the men are unpleasant to be around and talk to. The condescending attitude is what steered me towards another jewler to fix this atrocity for a premium.... which I would have gladly paid to not waste 4 weeks of my time.

  The women that work at the Kemper Rd. location are very nice and easy to work with. The store is clean and there is A LOT of unique inventory! I would’ve given them 5/5 stars but there’s a couple of older men that work there who are pretty unpleasant. Overall though I’ve had a good experience at this store and I plan on doing business there more often.

  I have purchased several guns and other items here. If they don't have what you want, they will seek it out and order it for you. The staff is both extremely professional and personable, but also knowledgeable about each and every item here. You won't find a more polite shop. Consummate professionals. Their prices are more than reasonable. RECOMMEND.

  The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful. I expressed an urgency in having our rings sized quickly and I’m certain I called to check the status on our rings at least 5 times in 2 days and never once felt like a nuisance (I probably was) :) . The staff was so patient, pleasant, accomadating, and reassuring. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received. They are awesome.

  I went to The Castle to get prices on wedding rings. Aaron helped me out and made the experience way better than I thought it would ever be. Extremely helpful in talking me through the different types of rings, diamonds, mounts, etc. and even showed me more rings online that they could order if they did not have in store. Prices were extremely affordable and the diamonds were as clear and beautiful as they were at the other stores I stopped into. I would definitely recommend The Castle and 100% recommend asking for Aaron!
