  The Brandt Team at Northpointe is the best. They actually know what they are talking about. They provide correct information so that one can make an educated decision. Don’t bother doing business with a friend or a neighbor who says they are mortgage brokers. I made that mistake. Go straight to the Brandt Team. They worked with me and walked along side me for as long as it took to get me in the home. The best ever!

  I have done 2 deals with the Brandt Team and they were the best I have ever done: the staff is delightful, efficient, and thorough. They got me the best rates I have ever had on a home mortgage. I did compare rates before I did my refi, and they beat every other mortgage company I spoke with. I am very pleased with their service. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

  Been through the mortgage and refinance process a few times now and it seems to get more complicated and harder to close as time goes on. Not so with Northpointe and the Brandt Team. My loan professional, Rose Bosso, was meticulous, thourough, transparent, and knwoledgeable from start to finish. The rest of the team, whenever I interacted with them peripherally, was courteous and efficient throughout. I closed with Nortpointe because of this team, and declined an offer from my own bank where I have been doing business for 26 years. Work with these guys if you get the chance, it's a gamechanger.

He is very knowledgeable, calm, kind and reassuring which made it easy for me to trust him and the advise he gave me.   I was referred to Richard Brandt via another mortgage broker and was very skeptical that a 'cold' introduction would end up so wonderfully positive. Richard's group offered the most professional loan assistance I've ever received as a buyer. I can't recommend him enough. His staff is friendly, the help was encompassing, and communication was clear and timely. My only regret, is that I can only give them five stars, when they deserve ten. I look forward to working with Richard again in the future, and you should look forward to working with him too.
