  Valerie was prompt, professional and valued my time. I have odd working hours but Valerie was flexible to my needs and time preferences. She made the home buying process gracefully smooth and negotiated an incredible price during a scorching hot market. Would recommend her services to my nearest and dearest.   Great experience with Lia. Helpful, friendly, and efficient. She was consistently quick to reply and secure showings for me. Once we found a place, she worked diligently to secure and submit all necessary paperwork. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Valerie was super! We have moved eight times over the past 32 years and she was by far the best agent we have ever worked with. Val is truly a "full-service" agent. She listened to our initial needs and remained supportive throughout the process. We never felt pressured to buy a property; if we had any reservations,she patiently listened to our concerns and went back to searching for a perfect house for our family. Even after the sale, she remained a resource for us. Val provided us with super referrals to contractors to complete our remodeling projects. She was even there to give us advice on paint colors!!! Valerie is an outstanding real estate professional and now is also our friend.

  What’s not to love about Valerie? Honestly, I didn’t expect her service to be special in any way, but what drew me to her was her business mission. She gives so much of herself to her clients you instantly feel like a best friend. She serves any client, whether looking for a small little condo or a million dollar mansion. She treats everyone the same and I LOVE this about her. Besides all of this, I trust referring her to friends because I know she is on their side and will tirelessly hunt down what they are looking for. She works day and night and is very responsive to her clients. We will definitely work with her again in the future.
