B John1Went to this branch to make a deposit. The lobby was closed except by appointment. Have commercial account and no debit card so can use only live teller and none of the three ATM lanes. Was fourth car in lane for live teller and after waiting more than 12 minutes the line never moved. Tried calling branch to see if I could come into lobby. No one ever answered. On a Friday, they should be able to serve more than one customer at a time. What incompetence! Finally drove 15 minutes to another branch on Mockingbird to make deposit. Need to change banks....

E H5I'm really surprised there are only 3 stars for this location. As a whole, Regions has been amazing. I opened my account in 1994 while I was away at college in Alabama. I have never encountered an impolite person on the phone with customer service or in any of the branches. They have always been helpful and friendly. I was just at this location and both employees were super kind.

Somvang Virachack5I’ve been going to this branch since it was on Luther Lane and now on Northwest Highway. I gotta say I really enjoy going to them. Particularly Ms. Kimberly Davis, she’s always been helpful and most importantly very professional with assisting with my banking needs. Region Bank with staffs like Kimberly there, they’ll have my business for life. I’ve sent a few friends and families to bank there and even they all love it as well. I highly recommend this bank and Kimberly will take good care of you.

Cristian Mendio2Came here to cash a check, mind you I drove 20 minutes/30 miles. To get here and say that they cannot cash the check because they don’t have money. And sent me to another location even further. The lady was nice that’s all I can say

Jerica Duggan5Jeff Crabtree reminded me why i chose regions 10 Yrs ago. Due to the current pandemic, i had to add a person to my account through the drive thru. His customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! He took my information, worked his magic and had a brand new card for me available right away. Thank you Regions, for hiring smiling faces like his to your crew!

Ash Deiri1My acct been on hold for months now. I visited multiple branches and managers and employees both worked on my case. First w Kevin and now w Brooke at the legal dept side. Both branches sent out my judge and court approved orders to release My funds and still will not release my money to me. I call and they say we can only reach out to legal dept and every time I call after that they hide and don’t answer and all of a sudden with a guest every time I call back and now on vacation for a week. Why do you hold my money and not get me to the right person? You asked for legal documents and you received them , now what ? I guess I will be sharing this with others that this bank plays with your money and others money and decide to hold their money at anytime they want. I have never been played with and will not let this bank play me in circles. Now it’s time to get a lawyer and hopefully this will teach them a lesson and for the time and stress I been going through with this issue.

Brandi McCarty2Ordered bank card still haven't came in mail after 3 weeks. So Ive had to drive to bank once a week to pull money out. Ive told them 2 times I haven't had card yet now they ordered new one after 3 weeks. Wowwww

Jesse Hernandez2I had to cash a check wich was given to me from this bank. They close way to early and because I don't carry to form of identification they could not cash it! I was also looking to find a new bank but this sure won't be it!
