  I came to Sunstreet a year ago to get started on buying my first home. They walked me through the process but unfortunately my finances were not ready at the time. In August of 2020 once I got my finances in check I went to them again. They made the process super easy and were always easy to get a hold of when I had questions. They introduced me to a fantastic realtor Patte Caraway who helped me find a perfect house. They set me up with a mortgage that works for my budget and also helped me get down payment assistance. Buying your first home can be stressful but with this team the process was simple and exciting.

  Ellia and the rest of her team were such a pleasure to work with!! I wouldn’t recommend any one else. This is the second time our family has used them and both have been such great experiences. They are really knowledgeable and are always looking out for your best interest. They are prompt in all of their responses and on top of everything the whole way through. There were a few times where we needed their help and even late into the evening or on weekends they were available. Highly recommend them!!

  Elia and her crew worked hard for us throughout the whole refinancing process. We had a difficult situation because we initially purchased through a 2016 P2P downpayment assistance grant. Though we had some roadblocks along the course they managed to push through and lower our rate significantly. We were also able to drop our PMI without a new appraisal and lower our interest rate from 3.8 to a 2.75. Thank you Team Bracamonte!
