  Loan Depot and Tom Vosburgh made buying a home easy. Tom is very responsive, honest, friendly and a great communicator. All of the costs were made known up front, very detailed. When we closed, the costs were almost exactly as quoted up front. No surprises when we had to write the final check. All of the employees at Loan Depot delivered the same service. Thanks to Rose Johnson as well. I highly recommend this company and Tom Vosburgh!!

  Tom Vosburgh is simply the best Loan Consultant in Arizona! After working with him to buy my first home, I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my home financials. Tom one of the most humble, genuine, honest and trustworthy people I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about him and the service he provides. Call him for yourself. You yourself will notice after talking to him that he is extremely educated and invested in the work he does. I talked to several different financial institutions prior to talking to Tom, and I always got off the phone with many unanswered questions. After talking to Tom for the first time, I didn’t need to ask him questions; he simply walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions before I could even ask. Tom is extremely professional, but at the same time when you call him, or he calls you, you feel like you are talking to a friend. Tom really is invested in his clients. He wants what is best for them. If he thinks you are making a wrong decision or he thinks something needs to be looked at again, he will not hesitate to tell you. He watches out for his clients’ best interest. If Tom suggested that I do something, I always did it. I trust/ed him 110%. I could go on and on about how great he is, but I encourage to reach out to him and find out for yourself. Tom will make sure that you are a lifetime client of his. He will go above and beyond his scope of work, just to ensure you are taken care of. Tom literally makes himself available to his client’s 24/7. I can’t remember how many times I called him on a Saturday or Sunday asking him for advice on a home I was looking at. Each time, he dropped what he was doing to help me. Tom was there every step of the way during my home buying process. Without Tom, I know I wouldn't be in the home I am in today. Let him help you fulfill your dream, just as he did mine.

  I met Tom another lender that could not assist with the mortgage recommended him to me. Tom explained that being a VA loan his company does not sell the loan so it is easier to qualify with his company. I got an approval about 1 week after getting Tom the info he asked for. He was great and letting me know everything needed on their end and what to expect on my end. He managed to get an approval for higher than we asked and closed in less than a month. I have already recommended Tom to my brother and would recommended him to everyone. If you do not call Tom and at least get a quote your missing out and the easiest buying experience ever.

  Tom Vosburgh made it possible for us to own our new home! My family and I were leasing our condo and our lease was up. We were searching for a new place to rent, That's when we were introduced to Tom. We had a previous foreclosure, and never thought we would be able to own another house. Tom worked with us for 8 months and helped us overcome any obstacle in our way. Finally after all his hard work he got us a great loan and we got our dream house! I will always be grateful for Tom helping us, and always having time for us no matter what. I think he is one of the best in his field, and we had an advantage because he was on our side.
