  My company has been using Beneigh for all our insurance needs for several years. As a growing corporation in a highly specialized market, I feel blessed to have Kelly, my representative at Beneigh looking out for us. We perform service and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment and have had some clients request additions to their policy that I would have no idea how to respond to. I rely heavily on Kelly’s keen eye to catch details that I don’t. Also very much appreciated is her response time to my requests for the certificates of insurance requests that I get hit with on a regular basis. I can email her a request and usually have a response within an hour, which far exceeds my expectations. She is friendly, professional and extremely reliable, and I hope to continue our relationship with Kelly and The Beneigh Insurance Group indefinitely!

  The Beneigh Insurance group is the best in town, I have only been with them for a short period of time, but they are already saving me more than $40 a month which comes out to almost $500 a year! Carson, my representative is amazing. I highly recommended this company for ANY kind of insurance needs.

  Wow! I just received a phone call from Cameron at Beneigh Insurance Group asking me if they could quote our business liability and work comp insurance and when I politely stated that we were very happy with our current broker, he just hung up on me! I'm sorry I didn't give you the opportunity to quote us but feel free to take me off your calling list as I would never do business with someone as rude as that!

  Julie, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. In our defense there is no Cameron that works here. We did hire an outside marketing firm to handle some B 2 B calling and I am sorry if they were rude in any way. I am happy to say that we are no longer using that company.

  Kelly McDanel is always on top of the situation, if I need assistance, she responds in under an hour every time (I swear haha). Talking to her is always a delight as well. Very proper and welcoming in every email. It's great doing business with you!

  Beneigh Insurance Group beat every other price in town....by a long shot. Better coverage to!

  Often we have the best rates. But, on top of that we provide excellent service to our customers and we love being a part of the community! Would you prefer to have a local agent who provide guidance when you need it, or would you rather call an 800# and talk with someone different every time who doesn't really know anything about you or where you're from?!

  Office staff very rude along with being ignorant...I have Erie ins.his staff told me they work for benigh NOT Erie..really......They are anything but truthful...staff hung up on me 5-6 times when they lied to me..DO NOT USE THE AGENT!!!

  Don, my staff hung up the phone because you were swearing and being extremely crude to them. You said things to them that I am not going to post in my reply. You told one of my agents that you were going to punch her in the face. You told my agents that you were going to harass them. Then, you began calling the office and would hang up on them. You also swore at the claims adjuster who was handling your claim. They were correct in telling you that they don't work for Erie Insurance, we represent many insurance companies. They work for The Beneigh Insurance Group, and they are excellent people and fantastic insurance agents. And they certainly don't have to tolerate the way they were treated.
