  Kim did a great job in helping me with a new mortgage to buy a house. Her and her team, Colleen and Janna, made the process so easy. They kept me updated as things progressed and let me know what was still needed prior to closing. The closing went off without any issues.   When I started to deal with Scott I asked him for one thing, no surprises. Process was quick and easy until the morning when the closing agent came to my house and the loan terms had changed. Turned out not a big deal other than it was a surprise from the final document I was sent two days before. When I tried to contact Scott he was busy and never picked up the phone, I am still waiting for him to call me back, I shouldn’t hold my breath. Other than that it was fine.

  Super smooth transaction. Kim (and the entire team there) are the absolute "best" - great communication, take action immediately when required, and just made everything easy. Have nothing but good things to say about our mortgage application process/approval/and closing.
